Can't sync with connect app and bluetooth anymore

Would work perfectly one week ago.

I open my connect app on my iphone
Set my watch to connect on bluetooth
Have a mesage ont the watch saying "Connected"
App on the phone say's then "connected" but within the next second displays an erreur message in red box in the bottom of the screen saying synchronisation failed.

Tried restart my phone, restart the watch, still not working...

anyone having this problem ?

    I am having the same issue with my Edge 1000 and iPhone 5S..

    I start up the Edge 1000 and once it has satellite GPS lock, I open the Garmin Connect app.. I see the syncing then the red box that says sync failed.

    I restart the Edge 1000 and sometimes it will connect without issue..

    I am having the same issue with my Edge 1000 and iPhone 5S..

    I have the same issue on my fenix 2. I updated the firmware to the latest 3.1 version, restarted my watch but the same red box still pops up when I'm trying to sync with my iPhone 5 by using mobile connect. Any solution??

    I had this sync problem with my iPhone and Edge 810 when I last updated the Edge. Found a solution on another (closed) thread.
    Delete Connect app on iPhone. Reload Connect app on iPhone and start it up while your Garmin device is OFF.
    Turn on Garmin device and it may sync right up to the phone. Amazing. Otherwise, setup Garmin device to pair with phone, and check iPhone settings under bluetooth to pair.
    Flippin magic. I had been unable to sync the two for a month until I found this fix on another thread! Worked first time.

    I've never been able to get my Fenix2 to sync with the iPhone app. Garmin have failed to come up with a solution or an update for weeks. Nor can I upload run data with the new web interface. No solution from Garmin customer service there either. Love the watch but the website and app are garbage. The heart rate monitor rubs badly too. Garmin customer service is poor and slow too. Not happy.

    You must have missed the new production version firmware update version 3.10 released last week.

    You should also check that you are running build version 2.2 of the iOS Garmin Connect App.

    While you are at it, make sure your iPhone is running iOS 7.1.1 and is an iPhone 4S or newer.

    After that, never hurts to read the instructions.

    If you still can't get your watch to work, then either return it to the store where you bought it for a refund or call Garmin support for help - I have found them to be very helpful.

    My 810 synced for a while until the new Garmin Connect came out in the Spring. Since then, no success in syncing with my iPhone 4S. Never. Deleted app and reloaded it several times. Re-paired the device with my iPhone in the phone's settings a couple of times. I just tried HYDROGEOMKL's solution. Same result. No sync. I will call support.

    Same here. I have the Garmin Fenix and iPhone 5S phone. Both with the latest software as of this date. No problem pairing them, and I also get the notifications from the iPhone. When I open the Garmin Connect app on the iPhone it says it is connected to the clock, and I get a message about it syncinc which dissappears right after. But it will never upload any of my tracklogs from the clock to the iPhone and to Garmin Connect online :/

    Anybody have any suggestions? I would love to have this feature working for instant and easy upload! :)
