For the many that are having issues with livetrack getting permission to post to Facebook I've found a temporary solution. I've been able to replicate this work-around on three different iPhones.
1. Update iphone to newest version (7.1.1 for me)
2. Delete both the Facebook and Garmin Connect apps
3. Reinstall both the Facebook and Garmin Connect apps
4. Sign into the Facebook app
5. Sign into the Garmin Connect using the Facebook logo at the bottom of the Garmin Connect app. It will let you bridge to your Garmin Connect once you login.
6. Pair your watch with the Garmin Connect app
7. Go to LiveTrack and click the Facebook option and click DO NOT ALLOW
8. If the OK option comes up then click that
9. Now go to your settings/Facebook and the Garmin Connect option will be shown and set to ALLOW
10. Reboot your iphone (MUST DO THIS!)
11. You can now post to Facebook
Hope it works for you. Not sure if you need to uninstall as I did but it didn't work for me unless I followed the above steps.
