fenix 2 pairing CLUSTER with iPhone 5s iOS 7.1

sama here. it was working fine from the time I purchased it last week of March, and all of a sudden it stops synching when uploading the activities, then attempted to re-pair but it says pairing failed, unable to pair your garmin device although the iphone and garming already paired and im getting notification, just the garming app on iphone is not working. i have the issue from yesterday, 4/13....please we need a quick fix for this fenix 2! thanks.

Same issue here. It worked well in the very first time, but after that... no love. Crap.

Base camp iOS works though but not garmin connect for ios

Same here with a Fenix (Original). Worked fine at first, then last week or so, nothing. Just keeps cycling through the sync mode and throws a "Sync Failed Server Error"

I noticed it last week. Would have hoped it would have been fixed by now.

Would really appreciate a fix as well 'cus my computer doesn't detect my fenix2 (it does detect my edge 500 though).

Seems to be a lot of posts along these lines. Seriously, this needs to be fixed quickly. The Fenix 2 is a four hundred dollar watch, uploading my activities either via bluetooth through my phone or via USB on my computer should be a no-brainer. Yet bluetooth uploads haven't worked for a week, and multiple computers have failed to recognize my watch (finally got it to work on my wife's Mac after 30 minutes of trying everything I could think of, including multiple restarts of both watch and computer). This is absolutely unacceptable. Have been using ismoothrun app for years to do the same functions as my four hundred dollar watch, without ever having a problem. It cost four dollars.

Same problem, I have had the F2 watch for two weeks now and the first week everything worked fine, now I'm having problems with Bluetooth sync to iPhone freezing the watch and have to keep pairing. Garmin Express doesn't sync at all just getting error messages. This watch is not a finished product Garmin, you have a lot of issues to sort out with it in my view, for me it's mainly on the data transfer side of things.

Same problem, updated my F2 to firmware 3.1 today, still unable to sync my activities over bluetooth to garmin connect on iPhone 5 ios 7. Have tried forgetting device and re pairing etc. Nothing works. So what's this new firmware good for?
