Sleep tracker not working in app

I just received my Vivofit on Saturday.

How do you get your sleep tracker graph to show up in the mobile app? I can see hours slept but not the graph (only on a computer/internet).

I would also love to know how to compete with friends. I am connected to them but can only see my results and not theirs on the leaderboard.

Help please : )

I'm facing the same. Was ok at first but now no graph showing. Any ideas?
  • Another issue with Garmin Connect. Sleep is not showing on website neither.
So annoying. The only thing keeping me with Garmin is Vivofit inability to sync with other platforms…
I will think about switching to other band and just give my Vivofit to wife…

Its ok to work on something but at least GARMIN SHOULD POST SOME INFO TO THE USERS THAT PAID FOR THEIR PRODUCTS...

I have the same problem all the data was appearing on my mini ipad and it has now gone. I have emailed Garmin twice now and they still haven't responded. Can someone from Garmin please respond.

I have the same problem on the website. I saw an earlier post from Mar 2014 and Garmin never answered that either. In fact, I haven't seen a single response from Garmin on any of these forums. EVER. I don't think they check these.

I have this problem, the sleep graph shows up on the website but not through the app.

I've tried logging out and back into the app and deleting and reinstalling it, but it that didn't help. Anyone managed to get theres working again?

Of course I am here because I am having the exact same problem and demand a fix.

On the other hand, what I have done is to sync with my PC instead of the iPhone; apparently there is no issue with sleep sync on Garmin Express.

When I turn off the sleep function in the morning and sync, it shows a couple of hours ahead of now on the sleep activity. Not endearing me to an accurate product. Please help. The time on the device clock is accurate.
  • Same here (also getting "random" sleep times). There are at least three threads (with several people) talking about the same problem. It seems that 2.60 update broke the sleep mode.

Can anyone from garmin please have an answer to this?

    Thx!

Same thing is happening to me now..... It's intermittent, sure would be nice if they fix it. Or at least acknowledge there is an issue.
