Remove Device from Garmin Connect Mobile iOS

** I thought I posted this before can't find it **

So I returned by Forerunner 620 to Garmin (as they requested) so they can send me a brand new unit, which hopefully will solve all the main problems.

My problem now is that I don't seem to be able to remove the Forerunner 620 from my iPhone 4s or iPad Air. I go to Devices then select "i" and click "Remove Device" (something like that), but the Forerunner 620 remains listed. I tried deleting the entire application then reinstalling it. The device remains. How do I remove the device from my iPhone so I don't see it again?

I have the same issue/question. I already have my replacement and now have both devices showing up. How can I delete the one that I no longer have?

New Garmin Connect 2.0.1

I notice that the Garmin Connect Mobile app 2.0.1 (for iOS) still doesn't include the ability to delete already paired devices. Please add this feature to next version.

As of now, the iOS version of Garmin Connect Mobile does allow users to delete some already paired devices. To do this, please follow these steps:

1. Open the Garmin Connect Mobile app.
2. Tap on the Menu icon (three lines) located in the upper-left corner.
3. Tap on 'Devices'.
4. Tap on the 'Info' icon (circled "i") located in the upper-right corner.
5. Tap on 'Remove a Device'.
6. Select the device you would like to remove.
7. Tap on 'Forget Device'.

For now, this feature is only available for select devices (such as the Vivofit). Please be sure to post this and any other suggestions on the Garmin Connect Mobile Ideas and Suggestions thread.

I noticed that Garmin Support responded to this thread https://forums.garmin.com/showthread.php?75975-Remove-Device-from-Garmin-Connect-Mobile-iOS saying that Remove Device is only available for some devices for now.

This is true. For now, the Forerunner 620 is one of the devices that cannot be removed from the Garmin Connect Mobile iOS after the 620 has been paired with the iOS device. I thought I'd keep this alive (and also post it in the feature request session). Thanks!
