Random privacy settings on upload

Hi guys,
I haven't been able to find any info about this and wondering whether it's just me or something that I'm doing.

I've got a 510 which I bt to my iPhone 4S with the garmin connect mobile app. Aside from the usual garmin issues, when it does upload sometimes the privacy is set to 'everyone', and sometimes to 'only me'. I can't see any way to change it and I don't think it correlates to a particular bike or activity. It's a little frustrating and I'm hoping someone can help shed some light. I've just downloaded the new iPhone app but haven't had a chance to test it on that yet

When sharing an activity, you can change your privacy settings (or "audience") from within the Garmin Connect Mobile application itself. You can do this by following these steps:

1. Select the activity that you would like to share.
2. Tap on the "Options" icon located in the upper-right corner (seen as three blue dots).
3. Tap on "Share".
4. Tap on "Facebook".
5. Tap on "Audience" to choose your preferred privacy setting for that activity. You can choose between "Public", "Friends", or "Only Me".

Thanks for your reply. What I'm actually wanting is to be able to upload each of my rides with the privacy set to "everyone". I use copymysports to then transfer it to Strava, but I've found that if privacy is first set to "only me", then I manually change it to "everyone", it either won't transfer or takes a really really long time. Of my rides that upload with the privacy set to "everyone", it works within 30 minutes. Does anyone else have them uploading to random privacy settings? Or is there a setting somewhere that I have missed?

I am having exact same issue. Every activity I upload has the lock icon. In my preferences I have this set to everyone. Did yours ever get fixed? Does anyone know how to fix this? Super frustrating.
