Some Garmin Connect Mobile v2.0 users encountered an issue where their iOS device would crash when LiveTrack was selected. Should you encounter this issue, please follow these steps to correct it:

1. Tap and hold any app icon on the Home Screen until the icons start to wiggle and show a small "x" in the top-left corner of the app.
2. Tap the "x" in the corner of the Garmin Connect Mobile app.
3. Tap Delete to remove the app and all of its data from your device.
4. Press the Home button.
5. Go to the App Store.
6. Search for "Garmin Connect Mobile" and download it again.

This should correct this issue. In some situations, rebooting both the iOS and Garmin devices may be necessary.

This worked well for me with this problem, all fixed.

    Thank you.

I followed the steps above and live track is back but now I have no home screen and I am unable to upload any rides from my 510. Is there a fix for this?

Are you able to go to the "Home" screen at all? If so, try following these steps to add Cards to your "Home" screen:

    1. Tap on the "Edit" icon located in the upper-right corner.
    2. Tap on the "Plus" (+) icon located in the upper-left corner.
    3. Tap on the "Plus" (+) icon next to the various Cards that you'd like to see on the "Home" screen.
    4. Tap on "Done".

    This should correct your issue.

I have the latest iPhone 7 update and the Garmin 2.9 version and still have the same issues and tried this several times, cleared the cache...nothing.

DRAMARACING: I'm sorry to hear that you're still experiencing this issue. The above steps have been confirmed to fix this issue, but it is important to know that the next update will prevent this from reoccurring. For now, please try the above steps once more. When clearing the cache from your phone, be sure to press and hold both the Home and Power buttons on your iPhone for roughly about 10 seconds until the Apple logo appears. I apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused.

An update to Garmin Connect Mobile (v2.0.1) has been released to the App Store/iTunes that should have corrected this issue. Please be sure to update to this version to see if this issue persists. Thank you!

    Hi.
I have updated the app at the latest version 2.0.1, but I have the same troubles I found in the previous version when I try to start a LiveTrack session with Facebook share.

    - In the most of cases an alert appears informing that it's not possible sending invites in that moment;
    - Rarely the app quits.

I use a Forerunner 620 in cooperation with a iPhone with iOS 7.0.6.

Please, could you help me to solve this issue?

    Thanks!

Same issue here, trying to have livetrack run through Facebook the message appears about allowing in settings and no matter what I do it just keeps being thrown out ... I have uninstalled the connect mobile app for ios and reinstalled several times and nothing ... did anyone get this working eventually ?
