cant login via iOS Garmin Connect app

I cant long in using the iOS app Sign in Failed user name or password is incorrect. I can log into the the Garmin connect website using my user name and password but not via the app.

It's a bit of a disappointment, is there any solution to the issue?

    This type of issue should be resolved with the upcoming February update.

    However, in the meantime, try signing in with the email address you created your account with instead of just the username.

    Depending upon whether or not you also have a myGarmin account with us, and which account was created first, your account may only be tied to one of the two.

    If you still have issues logging in with your email address, feel free to PM me with the email address you use for the account and I can verify if there are any login errors with your account on our end.

    I have the same issue on my iPhone...won't accept either the username or email.

    Cannot login to Garmin Connect from app on Galaxy S3

    I'm having a similar problem - have tried uninstalling the app, turning off phone, turning on then re-installing but still cannot logon. Message either says "there is a problem logging on" or "login is case sensitive". It has worked in the past but not now.

    Me too.i was so exited to get my vivofit gear on.but get a turn down because of this problem..help!

    Same problem here.

    When I create a new account, it allows me to connect.

    But if I use an existing account, it crashes.

    Still not fixed?

    It looks like this is still a problem two years later... Sure wish I saw a fix here somewhere.
