Constant Crashes with Edge 510 and Bluetooth

I am using a iPhone 4s, most up-to-date software on the phone as well as 2.8 firmware on Edge 510, and the garmin connect app 1.3.

Bluetooth work correctly for all my other devices, car, remote headphones, keyboard, etc.

I have tried deleting the app, reseting the bluetooth, nothing works.

If I turn off bluetooth, the app runs fine. But all the fun features of this app and the Edge 510 are tied to bluetooth working.

So when i try to connect. The garmin connect app opens, tries to download latest from garmin website...then crashes.

This used to be intermittent, but now is constant, just doesn't work at all. App is worthless right now. I have reverted back to just using USB and computer.

This is super annoying because I fronted up the $330 mainly based on the bluetooth connectivity and uploading workouts over my phone. So on trips I am not tied down to my laptop.

Lost of other comments on this in the Edge 510 Section too.

Super disappointed in this very premium product.
