This is a bug. I tried to create a workout on the GC web site. add it to my calender. Then I go to my iPhone and try to upload my custom training to my forerunner 620. Never worked. Why there is an upload button and it tell me upload success when I can't see and use them on my Forerunner 620.
This issue has been addressed and should be corrected once the steps are followed within this FAQ article: "Why aren't my activities transferring from my Forerunner 220/620 to my Garmin Connect Mobile iOS app?"
You didn't answer his question GCMSUPPORT. He is going in the opposite order. He is trying to transfer a workout to forerunner, not transferring an activity from his forerunner to the app.

This issue appears to have been resolved with the 2.0.1 update. I have tested it as working on an iPhone 5.
