Diving - different data fields available on web app and iOS app? Please make the editable data fields consistent

Hi Garmin,

I'm editing my dive log and noticed that the available data fields on the web app differs from the ones on the iOS app.
Some are missing on the app, some on the webapp.

For example on the webapp I can edit the diving suite and thickness of the suit, this option is not available on the iOS app.

So if I want to maintain consistent data I have to edit every dive in the app and on the website.
I know that I could add equipment on the app, but this is not practical if I'm using rental equipment.

Please make the data fields consistent.

Regards
Mathias

You can add a diving suit on the iOS Dive app in the Gear managment, and you can assign a thickness to it.

No, you do not need to use the app every time. It is enough to add your equipment with the Dive app once, and then you can select/deselect it in Garmin Connect Web whenever needed, without using the app.

If using a rental equipment, then you do not really need to track the equipment, since it is different each time anyway. Just add a note, or add a few generic Gear items on the app, like for example "Full 5mm Rental Wetsuit", "Short 3mm Rental Wetsuit", etc, which you can then quickly select in Connect Web too.
