This was happening for pictures but now it is happening for the whole nutrition app. Just navigating the menus and searching manual gives the error. The nutrition is not usable like this. This is a paid feature, for sure a partial refund would be in order if the feature is all broken
For the last two weeks, with the latest iOS 26 update and now on iOS 27 and on a new iPhone 18 Pro Max I cannot log ANY food on the phone or look at my nutrion data. The panel just does not accept any input. Be it hitting the plus sign to record new food, or just to look at the overall data.
I removed the panel, then readded it. Reinstalled the app. Nothing.
Considering that this is a paid feature, I do expect better. What is the timeline on getting this resolved?
You need to do a chargeback of your money because garmin does not respond to the problems and does not care about this issue.
I faced this issue once couple days ago but now everything works fine for me.
iPhone 17PRO, iOS27, latest GC installed.

Have either of you recently changed from a monthly Connect+ subscription to an annual subscription? **
Tried the uninstall / reinstall, did not fix it. It's the latest version available in the iOS store: 5.29.0.9
I think I am experiencing the same issue. I am using iOS 5.29.0.9 on iOS27. What has changed relates to the Home Screen and the In Focus and At a Glance sections. The Nutrition panels do not respond to a tap - either to take you to the nutrition screen or if tapping on the + button, to log food. The other stats panels (eg training status, sleep, etc) function as normal and when tapped on, take you to their respective screens. I couldn’t say when the behaviour changed for nutrition but I think it was happening before iOS27 - wouldn’t swear to it though. I can still use the nutrition functionality, accessing it from the menu at the bottom of the screen or through the + button at the top of the screen to log food - it’s just the panels under In Focus and At a Glance that no longer respond for me. I’ve tried removing and adding the panels but that makes no difference. Hope that helps.
PS - there's another thread with a similar issue: https://forums.garmin.com/apps-software/mobile-apps-web/f/garmin-connect-mobile-ios/443748/nutrition-in-focus-not-working
