Windsurfing activity share card shows 0 runs, 0 km and 0 max speed

Garmin Connect displays incorrect statistics on the shared activity card for Windsurfing activities.

The activity itself was recorded correctly: the GPS track, distance and speed are all available in the activity details. However, the card displayed in the News Feed shows 0 runs, 0 km and 0.0 maximum speed.

Device: Garmin quatix 7 Pro
Phone: iPhone
Garmin Connect version: 5.28.1.4

This appears to be a Garmin Connect presentation/calculation bug, not a GPS recording issue. The problem is reproducible with Windsurfing activities. Please confirm whether this is a known issue.

    2. If it was manually created, let me know what you chose to create that custom activity.
    3. Have you been able to successfully upload windsurfing activities in the past without this issue?
    4. Do we have your permission to log into your account to review further details?

    1. I’ve selected Windsurfing and also different other custom activities with Windsurfing set as activity. The problem is also visible for all my colleagues using windsurfing and different watches, so the problem seems wider than only me.

    3. Yes I believe it used to work some time ago bit I’m not sure. Activities are uploaded correctly, they are only improperly displayed on the News feed

    Thank you for your response. I've reviewed your account as you, in Garmin Connect and located your Windsurfing activities in both your Activities feed and your news feed, and wasn't able to locate any activities displaying this. 

    I've got some more follow-up questions. Please answer all the following questions, with the answers numbered.

    1. Can you log into Garmin Connect online from a computer web browser and see if you can locate this issue both in your activity feed and your news feed?
    2. Is this happening to all windsurfing activities? If not, please provide me with some specific dates that have this problem.
    3. Can any of your connections see the missing distance metrics from their news feed as well?

    1. In news feed it's at least showing the the Max Speed, but no distance or other meaningful statistics.

    In activities feed and the activity itself all is fine too:

    2. Yes, it's for all windsurfing activities

    3. Yes, everyone cannot see it. People using iPhones see only zeros and people using android phones can only see the Max Speed (similar to web version of Connect app). Also, I can't see other's statistics for windsurfing activities.

    Additionally, if I edit the activity to use other sport - eg. kitesurfing - the statistics are visible.
