Using Connect with wearables like cirqa when not connected to the internet.

Question

I was on a cruise without internet access for several days at a time. 
 everytime after checking connect for my cirqa sleep stats the following time connect would want me to login which I couldn&rsquo;t do as no internet, when I did next get internet & logged in connect would forget I had any devices & id have to re add my cirqa & epix gen2. 
 was super annoying. 
 means the cirqa was useless as it can&rsquo;t be used without the connect app 
 Also meant I had to re add my other devices like my edge, tacx, hrm, speed sensor etc when I got home. 
 
 surely in 2026 connect can be used to sync with wearables whilst connect is not connected to the internet.

Since the CIRQA, and our other devices that pair with Garmin Connect app, require either cell signal or Wi-Fi in order to sync the data, if you are without both, like on a cruise for example, then the data will not sync until properly connected.
