Hello Garmin Support,
We are experiencing an issue with the Garmin Connect app on iPhone.
Although we are friends (and previously marked as Favorite Friends), neither of us can view each other's profiles or activities in the Garmin Connect iPhone app.
Here are the details:
- We are friends on Garmin Connect.
- We can both view each other's profiles and activities on the Garmin Connect website using a computer.
- We can also view each other's profiles and activities correctly in the Garmin Connect Android app.
- The issue occurs only in the Garmin Connect app on iPhone.
- Other friends' profiles and activities are visible without any issues in the iPhone app.
- We have tested on an iPhone 14 Pro Max, and the problem persists.
Could you please investigate why only our profiles and activities are not visible to each other in the iPhone Garmin Connect app? Please let us know if there are any account settings or troubleshooting steps we should try.
