Corrupted file today from a race - can anyone rescue it please?

Sadly - this happens about once every couple of years.

I got my 3rd ever fastest time today at Swansea Half so keep to rescue the file if possiible

You've already tried syncing over the USB cable to a computer with Garmin Express or tried importing it manually? How Do I Manually Upload an Activity I Recorded to Garmin Connect? | Garmin Customer Support

If that doesn't work, try running it through FIT File Viewer It will work in a lot of cases. If that still fails, you can zip the corrupted file and attach it to this thread or send me a PM.
