add commuter category to cycling

There is Commute on the devices, Garmin needs to import its own .fit files correctly and they will be marked as „Verkehrsmittel“ in German. Don’t know how they call it in English. Funny enough Strava recognizes the activity tag.
Commuting still needs to be added as a possibility for default gear assignment. But this would also mean that Garmin finds a way to make „commuting“ on the Edge devices the same to „commuting“ on the watches. In this company, the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. Never.
