Track doesn't load in the app

I have imported a (relatively large (1000KM)) track on my Garmin Connect (on the iMac).

On the app (iPhone) I can find the track in 'courses' but it doesn't loadI

Instead of the track it shows the entire map of Europe without any track.

Do I have to adjust a setting within the app? Or is the specific track to long.

  • Thanks for that video. Does it exhibit the same behavior with shorter routes, or just those over 498km (310 miles)? 

  • Only the long tracks. On iPad things work well. 
    i thought is a setting I wil have to adjust.

  • I have had this too. Even some long routes that did work some time ago are not now showing properly. This is on connect iOS and iPadOS.
