Bluetooth setting missing on iOS

I my garmin connect stopped working it says it needs Bluetooth permission but it’s not on the permission list… it was okay yesterday, any ideas ?

michaell - Can you please post what it shows if you go into your phone's Settings> Bluetooth menu?

Let's try removing the watch from your phone's Bluetooth settings and then try pairing back again following these steps:
