Why when I sync my steps from Garmin connect to Apple health why does Apple Health always display the time sync'd in advance? As you can see from my screen shot, the time was 7:31am CST and the step data it pulled in from Garmin Connect is displaying 7:44am CST. The watch and phone time zones and time is setup correctly.
