Forgetting the 255s from my phones bluetooth
Deleting all garmin apps from phone, reinstalling connect app
Restarting the phone
Fully resetting the 255s
Removing the 255s from the garmin connect web app
Going through the pairing process noted below
The connect app does not locate the 255s "Device not found"
I downloaded connect app onto another phone and tried everything again---nothing. Doesn't find the watch when the watch is in pairing mode.
I also tried a bluetooth scanner on my iphone to see if it detected my 255s while it was in pairing mode----nothing
I then went in the watch settings then “about” and scroll down and it shows ANT/BLE: 0.00
It also shows Bluetooth MAC address as a string of zeros
It appears that the watch has stopped broadcasting bluetooth even when put in pairing mode.
I believe this started last week for me when I updated the watch firmware.
Any info on whether or not this is a watch update issue and if its being worked on?
