I have fully updated my watch and my phone, forgotten the watch from my phones Bluetooth, uninstalled the connect app, factory reset the watch, turned both the watch and my phone off and on between all of this, and still nothing! The watch is quickly recognized by my phone and connects to its Bluetooth, but the connect app can't pair with it. I've done the local discovery and the QR code scanning. I'm so frustrated with this expensive watch as I'm sure all of you are too.
Does anyone have other suggestions that have worked for them?
