iOS26.3 - notifications forwarding

Hello,

In iOS 26.3 was introduced new functionality to send notifications to 3rd party device such as garmin watch. Based on info I found, if 3rd party device need to use this function, it has to use some new API or something like that. Can we expect update of garmin connect, which would allow this function soon? Or how it will be implanted and when?

"In the iOS 26.3 beta, Apple tested a new "Notification Forwarding" setting that allows incoming notifications on an ‌iPhone‌ to be forwarded to a third-party wearable device like an Android smartwatch, but it was not included in the launch version of the software. It will likely come in a future iOS update."
