Editing a workout removes self evaluation.

Hi, 
 If I edit a workout and add elevation from my treadmill, it removes the self evaluation on save.

We just released a Connect app update to version 5.23. Please make sure your app is on that new version and test this out. If the issue persists, please upvote this comment so we can reach out for additional information.
