Contacts not showing in Permissions to allow access

I have a Garmin Vivoactive 6 watch - came today, everything is working except for the Contacts,

It takes me to the connect settings to enable Contacts but Contacts is not showing.

Have reset the app twice, rebooted the phone and still not showing

Any ideas how to get your contacts to show on the Garmin Watch ?

It is not entirely clear which access you are referring to. Do you mean the access to see your activities and/or some stats, or the access to the Live Track, or are you referring to the feature "Authorized Viewer", or do you rather mean Emergency Contacts for the incident detection alerts? In the first case, you can either set all your activities visible to Connections, or enable activities individually. In the second case, you add the respective email address to the Live Track recipient list.
