I woke up this morning with all my devices not paired to my gamin connect app, just a '+' sign. And cannot pair any device back.
I checked the version history an apparently this version was release about 15 hours ago. So probably it auto-updated overnight causing the issure.
I reported to Garmin support but still there is no resolution. Turn off the auto refresh on you phone setting to avoid this issue.

And just using the app for less than a minutes, I found another bug: if you tap on "Fitness age" in Health tab, GC app freezes and after 15-20 seconds it shuts itself down.

Open the Settings app for your iPhone/iPad.
Select Bluetooth.
Locate the Garmin device in this list and select circle with lowercase "i"
Select Forget This Device.
Confirm you want to forget…
Doesn't work for me either (Fenix 6 Saphire).
Now, the device doesn't even show up under available BT devices
