Fenix 6x Pro Solar won’t appear on compatible devices.

I have a Fenix 6x Pro Solar that I bought in Singapore and I have moved to Japan, whenever I try to pair the watch to my phone it is unable to find it and it won’t appear on the list of compatible devices.
