2 weeks of data is missing in my connect app despite showing up on my forerunner 165.

Step data is missing in the Garmin Connect app for a two-week period, even though syncs complete successfully and the data appears correctly on the watch. Exercise activities from this same timeframe are displaying properly on both the watch and the app. How can I force the remaining health data (such as steps) to transfer to the Connect app? I have already tried restarting both devices and removing and re-adding the watch to my account without sucess. 

  • If the watch was accidentally connected to a duplicate account, or there was another corruption of the watch-account association, the removing of the watch from Connect, and adding it back usually fixes the problem, but unfortunately it does not recover the data lost during that period. You can try contacting the Support and ask them to add the lost steps to your account manually.
