App stuck on 'confirm your age'

When opening the Garmin Connect app it shows the running man, a black screen and at the top 'confirm your age'

It has been running fine for months - no issue. It did sync my last activity and it shows in connect.garmin online, which does show properly.

It's the same on ipad and phone.

Tried to delete and reinstall app, but same issue

  • I logged this fault with the Garmin helpdesk (via live chat) and they sorted the problem within a day by directly accessing the app. I'm not sure exactly what they did but I confirmed the data that I wasn't able to input and now the app is working perfectly. Credit to Garmin after my previous criticism.
