HRM Pro + doesn’t sync with app!

Keeps timing out! Saying it’s busy! It’s not! Steps don’t update app but distance does! Title bar in app still off set! Terrible app riddled with bugs and so annoying to use!

Used to be a big fan of Garmin! No longer. Good hardware totally let down by poor software…

    I did not see such message yet in Garmin Connect, but I am using an old Connect version (since my iOS version is no more supported), so it may be something new. Could you post a screenshot? Does it happen while your watch is nearby, and perhaps communicating with the strap in the same time?

    Shows running man, then it’s busy, try again, then not connected then back to running man. Constant loop. Disconnected it from watch so it’s stand alone, removed it, added it, downloaded connect on iPad and paired it as the only device, still the same! Did a treadmill run last week, thought I’d try not wearing the watch and put it in front of me to view pace & time, worked fine with HRM sending live pace. Finished workout, no steps transferred but distance did! 6000 steps = 13km!

    I’d happily revert back to Connect before they changed the layout, and the firmware from two years ago on my EPIX Pro…. The days when everything worked!!
