Since one of the recent updates challenges start/end dates are displayed in a super confusing way. You will not know whether start or end date is meant unless you click challenge details. See screen attached - both challenges looks similar, yet for one start date is meant, for the other - end date. Why words “starts”, “ends” were removed?
