Steps are recording on my watch, but not showing up in Connect. I've lost my streak - help!!

I sync'd my watch today and its missing the last three days of data on the connect app - I can see my steps in my watch but they haven't uploaded to the app/Garmin Connect. Can I get them back? I was on a great streak!!
