Activities appear in Strava but not Garmin Connect

Since September 6, 2025 Activites uploaded from Garmin 840 and 500 are not appearing in Garmin Connect but are appearing in Strava. The fact that the activities appear in Strava tells me they are getting to Garmin Connect. Also, all of my courses have disappeared from both the app and web and when attempting to save and pin a course from Ride with GPS using the Share to Garmin button it never appears in the Garmin app.

Only way for the activities to come to Strava is if they are uploaded to Garmin Connect so they are there.

Make sure you are logged in to the correct Garmin account. Do you see your training history?

Did you switched phone or reinstalled the app around September 6th?

I had similar case with FR970 but only once and I think it did happen because somehow original file got corrupted.

Actually also posted about it under FR970 forum but don't recall getting any help as well. Just it haven't happened again.
