How can I make my settings 'stick'. Everytime I go in I must change the people setting to 'Only Me'. Do I have to delete all my Connections to achieve this? Thank you in advance.
If you are trying to filter what you can see, you're right, it doesn't stick when using the app. However, if you make the change on Garmin Connect Web it does stick - connect.garmin.com/.../newsfeed, but as soon as you open the app again, it's back to the original filter.
Looking at the "Releted" threads on the right side of this page, it's been a problem for a while. It should be reported to Garmin Support.
