Benchmark Run Completed - now it isn't synching as completed

Hi there,

I've seen this many times on here and none of the "solutions" work.

My benchmark run was completed yesterday and shows as such on my watch. But in my coach training plans, it moved to today and is showing as not completed.

I can't continue the plan until this is "completed". But how am I supposed to fix this?

    Please try connecting your watch to the computer and running it through Garmin Express. If you don't have the program downloaded yet, it can be downloaded here: Garmin Express

    My issue is every time I load up the garmin connect app, it resets my my coach training plant to redo the benchmark.  On the watch I have to modify a training day and it sets it back to normal, but the minute I go into the garmin connect app it wipes it all out and says I need a benchmark run.
