VO2 Max is not being calculated in my last 2 runs, and status is wrong.
If you got auto detect turned on for max HR the watch can accidently set your max HR too high which makes it hard to reach at least 70% of max HR for at least 10 continuous minutes.
So, check your max HR and post the HR charts for your runs.
Note that VO2 max is only calculated for running outdoors. If you logged it as trail run make sure VO2 max is enabled in that profile.
The auto detect is on but the numbers are whrigth.
I have Max HR: 188, lactate threshold 164
there is some other problem that can cause this? In the training status every data is assumed unless the VO2 MAX
The only requirements are:
Correct type: Run or Trail Run or Ultra Run
High enough HR: 70% of max HR for at least 10 minutes continuously.
I have everything:
here you have a exemple of a run on Sunday,
And you can see that vo2 Max is not assumed:
Restart your watch and see if that helps.
allready did it.
