Health status improvements

Regarding new Health status feature have a proposal for developer team - please add more explanation for different items measured to get health status.

As and example Respiration - I see that all is ok what is very good information but what I don't understand / can't read from this section is, what is better  higher or lower numbers and why?

If I'm looking chart then I can see that either very low or very high are not good but why?

As I understood then these ranges are personal ones, so most probably for this "topic" 4 points if difference is good range but unclear is that what does it sort of tell me that I'm in good range? Good according my own data but in big picture?

Neither of them. What is important is staying in your typical range. Both too high or too low respiration rate may signal a health, fitness, or stress issue. And you should not try to influence it artificially anyway. It can easily lead to hyperventilation or hypoventilation, which can then induce even more health problems. You'll find plenty of information about ventilation online, often contradictory, and you will find also plenty of BS information and instructions that can be dangerous. If you really want to learn about it, focus rather only on academic literature. It is a very complex topic, and the watch or Garmin's developers are definitely not supposed to tell you to breathe slower or faster. The functionality is there only to signal you when your breathing patterns change unexpectedly.
