After completing a Garmin suggested workout (Run), I'm asked by my Fenix 6 Pro, "How did that feel?". If I have run faster/longer than the workout suggested, does Garmin Connect take that extra effort into consideration?
For example: A suggested workout is run 5k at 6min per kilometre. I can do this relatively comfortably and would give feedback at the end saying it was light/I feel strong. However, if I complete the 5k at 5mins per km and give feedback saying it was hard and I feel weak, does my watch "think" the feedback refers to the easier pace of its suggested workout and marks my fitness down or does it "know" I made a bigger effort and will gauge my fitness accordingly.
Cheers folks,
Joe
