Garmin Connect & IOS26 Alarm Clock notifications not working

Same problem on my Fenix 6 Pro Solar and iPhone 17 Pro.
BTW, the Calendar alert is working, but timers aren't. This is probably an iOS 26 error - Apple must be sending an incorrect / new style event signature from the Clock app.

I logged this with Garmin who initially said they would escalate to their development team and look at the log files I sent.

The next day, I received a message asking to try it on an Android rather than Apple phone !

They then said there was nothing they could do and to contact Apple!

I contacted Apple, they asked is the iPhone working all ok, I said yes, Apple then said the issue lies with Garmin... which I do agree it's the Garmin device that is not getting the Alarm notification, Garmin should be logging the issue with Apple and working with them!

still the same on IOS 26.1 beta. likely Apple changed something, most likely anounced it and Garmin never bothered to check... or care.

I updated to IOS26 last night and my instinct 2x alarm vibrations stopped working too. So annoying, I love that feature! Hope Garmin fixes it in their next update.

I was hoping that the first dot version (iOS 26.0.1) would fix the problem… but it hasn't.
All other notifications still working, but not alarms.

No reply from Garmin that I've seen.  Everyone needs to complain within the individual watch forums and open a case with Garmin to get their attention.
