Are you logging activities that calculates VO2 max? Only running and walking outdoors and cycling on a bike with a power meter will calculate that.
Note that you must reach at least 70% of your max HR for at least 10 minutes continuously (20 minutes for cycling). So, also check that your max HR isn't set too high by accident.
Ah ! does not work for running on a treadmill then?
Exactly. Must be outdoor. For biking it can be indoor but then a power meter is required.
