Activites stoped syncing

Helo I have my vivoactive 5 and today I did the workout and synce then the activity was not sync. It was part of the Garmin couch strength plan. The rest is syncing as normal. Even the green dot is present at my watch icon and the circle behaves as the sync is complete. But when I click on the icon of watch and I click again the sync button it actually shows red exclamation mark and says that it was not possible to sync my device. I tried to add the activity from watch manually to the garmin connect online but that firstly said that it is wrong file format even though it is .fit and then when it loaded the file it said there was an error while uploading the activity. I rebooted my phone, the garmin watch, I removed the device from the garmin connect on my phone but it still won't load the activity form the garmin coach plan. I tested with walk activity and that sync all right. Thanks for any help!
