Mobile & Web Version not synching - GPX file

HI - I am trying to create a gpx file of an activity which is showing in my garmin connect app but not on my web version and I cant seem to get an upto date sync done. It was synching auto until a few days ago and has just stopped. I underdstand that I can onlly do this on web version.  I need to get the file uploaded for an entry for a Boston Marathon draw. Activity also not synching to global run portal so agpx file upload seems to be my only option. Many Thanks

    I am not sure I understand correctly, but if you are trying to export the activity in GPX format, then indeed some users already reported problems when trying to export longer activities in GPX or TCX file format. It may work better at times when the traffic on the server is lower, but if waiting a few hours does not help, just export the activity in the default zipped FIT format (the first export option), and then (if necessary) convert it to GPX or TCX with an external tool (you can google them up - there are a few of them available online).
