Connect iOS crash when attempting to view steps records - version 5.16.0.35

Garmin Connect for iOS version 5.16 consistently crashes for me when following the following steps:

From Garmin Connect iOS 'Home' screen: tap '...more', tap 'Activities', tap 'Steps', tap '7d', tap 'View Personal Records'.

This causes the app to close completely. Can also be reproduced from tapping through from the steps glance.

From: iPhone 16 Pro, iOS version 18.6.1, Garmin Connect version 5.16.0.35

Hello! I can’t seem to get a fix for this. The app shuts down every time I try to see my personal records. I have signed out of the app and I have deleted it and reinstalled it.
not sure what else to try

The workaround is to open personal records from a different activity type (like Running) then switch to the steps tab.

e.g.

- More > Activities > Running > View Personal Records > Steps
