And did you check whether there is any bank supported in your region? Or do you have a card from a bank in another region, that is supported?
You can find the list of supported banks at Garmin International | Garmin Pay Participating Banks
If your own bank does not support Garmin Pay, tell them to contact Garmin at [email protected] to begin the set up process.
Or get a free virtual CC from providers offering Garmin Pay, like Revolut, Curve, PayPal, etc.

The type of the card (i.e. VISA, Mastercard) may be supported, but if your bank, or the local branch of the bank, managing your account, did not adhere to Garmin Pay program, then you cannot add it.
Ok, i understand, but this error shouldn't appear after i try to add the card? I received error before, when i click on wallet, start.
TBH, I think it should allow you to try to add a card from another region, even if there is no local bank in your current region. If you own a card from supported bank, then I recommend reaching out to the regional Product Support through their website at https://support.garmin.com and asking them how to proceed.
