Hello! I have a smartwatch garmin fenix 6 pro and when i want to add card in garmin connect i receive this error, "your device does not support any cards in this region"
And did you check whether there is any bank supported in your region? Or do you have a card from a bank in another region, that is supported?

If your own bank does not support Garmin Pay, tell them to contact Garmin at [email protected] to begin the set up process.
Or get a free virtual CC from providers offering Garmin Pay, like Revolut, Curve, PayPal, etc.
TBH, I think it should allow you to try to add a card from another region, even if there is no local bank in your current region. If you own a card from supported bank, then I recommend reaching out to the regional Product Support through their website at https://support.garmin.com and asking them how to proceed.
