HRM connected but can’t download history

Boxing yesterday with HRM Pro worn and watch off in boxing bag after starting the exercise on the watch. Stats did not sync to my Garmin Connect or 945 FR. I understand you can manually download history but for the life of me can’t work it out. How do I do this and confirm the watch is recording the HRM data? Many thanks

I thought my 945 would automatically recognise my HRM Pro. I had not added it from the watch!! Doh! Should have read the manual properly. Thanks. Fixed
