Dear Garmin Connect Support,
I am writing to you regarding an issue concerning the synchronization of sleep data between my Garmin Instinct 2X Solar watch and the Garmin Connect app (iOS).
Although all other data (heart rate, workouts, etc.) are successfully synchronizing with the app, sleep data is not being uploaded. The morning sleep report is displayed correctly on the Instinct 2X Solar watch itself, which rules out problems with the watch.
Actions taken:
- Uninstalled and reinstalled the Garmin Connect app (iOS).
- Checked for firmware updates on the Instinct 2X Solar watch (the latest version is installed).
