After setting up the wallet, I enter cardholder name, card number, expiration, CVV.
Choose billing address (synched with Garmin account. Matching bank).
Load for a second and message pops up:
“Your card has been rejected. please go back and make sure your data was entered correctly.”
- Cards are all eligible for Garmin Pay (Chase Visa, WF Visa, US Bank Visa).
- Fenix 8 AMOLED 47mm Sapphire. Software version 15.32
- iOS 18.5
- Garmin Connect 5.14.0.31.
- I’ve restarted and reset everything possible.
Same issue with Edge 1050 which lets me think it’s more of a software (Garmin Connect) issue instead of the device itself.
It’s an ongoing issue for months and despite extensive Garmin Support interactions, no solution has been found so far. Appreciate any help.
