Cannot create Run Swim training for Epix gen 2: not compatible

Hello!

It used to work a year ago...

Now, I want to create a multisport training with 3 segments: run, swim, run. Done from Connect Web or Mobile, but cannot send to my Epix Gen 2, displayed as not compatible.

Did you experience the same, and resolved?

Only Forerunner 570 and 970 support multisport workouts.

You can create multisport activities on your watch.
