One activity didn't sync - how to retrieve?

Hi! I have a Fenix 6, and one of the activities has not synced to the iphone app, all the others have. Is there any way to still retrieve this? I can still see it on the watch (but of course not the google map, etc..) Many thanks!

    Try a manual upload from your Garmin device to Garmin Connect Web - How Do I Manually Upload an Activity I Recorded to Garmin Connect?

    If you get any message other than Import Complete, then there is a problem with the file. You can try to repair the file using 3rd-party tools, such as FIT File Viewer or FIT File Tools, both of which run in the browser. If you're still unable to import the activity into Garmin Connect, attach it to this thread. We can take a look to see if it is repairable.

    • Zip the file, then in a reply post Insert >> Image/video/file >> click Upload >> browse for file >> OK.
    • Or upload the fit file to a reputable file sharing service, such as OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, make the file public, then paste a link to the file in your post.

    Thanks for getting back to me. My problem is, that on the 26th of May I had two activities, but only one has synced. Looking under the Android file transfer app (on a Mac), I can only see one file for the 26th, for which if I try to import, it says has been already (I presume this is the activity that was recorded). However, on the watch, I can still see the "missing" activity, can go into it, see all the stats, etc...

    That is likely because Garmin detects that both activities have the same exact starting time. If you want to keep both activities, you can run the file through FIT File Tools, time adjuster, change the start time slightly (1 minute), then upload again. Or just delete the one on Garmin Connect then upload the new activity.

    But the two activities had different starting times... Could I just check, that in the Android file transfer app, under activities, there is a file called 2025-05-30-11-28-57.fit, which appears as one of the individual files for each specific activity, but also there is a larger file F5QF4412.fit with the same date among many similar format named files, which are not for each days when activity happened... Which one should I try to work with? Importing the F5QF4412.fit was refused as a file format "not supported"...

    I have used the FIT file tools on the F5QF4412.fit file and changed the starting time by a minute, and that newly created file I was able to import, and now the specific activity I was missing has finally appeared! Many thanks for you help, much appreciated!
