Venu 3S won'r pair with Connect app

Hi,

I have reached out to Garmin I think my sensor has failed. I have a Venu 3s and I was gettjng some irregular data with my Body Battery so i decided to do a reset, i backed up the watch and then followed the steps, but now the watch won't pair with my phone. The phone can find the watch in the app but it won't pair with the phone, bluetooth is turned on.

This was the exact same problem i had last time.
